Final Acceptance
All authors will be notified about final acceptance and type of presentation by 1 April. The Workshop Committee reserves the right to finally reject full papers of poor language or poor technical content as well as papers that would not correspond to the abstract. A plagiarism check will also be made by the publisher and could lead to rejection.
A limited number of papers are chosen for oral presentation, while most papers at CIRED are typically presented as posters. The highly successful CIRED poster sessions offer a unique platform to showcase your work. By presenting an overview of your paper during a poster session, you have the opportunity to engage directly with individuals, allowing for more in-depth discussions than would be possible in a traditional auditorium setting.
We remind you that the participation and registration of the main author or one of the co-authors in the workshop is mandatory to present and publish the paper (maximum one paper presented by registered author). Authors are expected to be registered by 22 April. Registrations are available through the ConfTool platform.
If you want to cancel your presentation (oral or poster), please inform the organizers as soon as possible (l.kara@aim-association.org).
